About Jon Collins:
Born and raised in the Pacific Northwest, Jon has a BA in Bible and Theology where he became good friends with Tim Mackie.

After working overseas in ministry, Jon stepped into the marketplace to explore digital communication. He worked with clients ranging from Google and P&G to Silicon Valley startups and nonprofits. And, in 2009, Jon's first company, Epipheo, introduced the business world to explainer videos.

In early 2016, Jon ended his business ventures to work exclusively on BibleProject. Jon brought his history of creating short, informative videos to Tim's Bible expertise, and together they set out to help people understand the Bible. Jon serves as Chief Creative Officer and Chairman of the Board at BibleProject and lives in Portland with his wife, Tristen, and their two sons.
